(1) According to Section 27, the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing the recommendations mentioned in the report given by the Commission.
(2) The Ministry shall implement the recommendations mentioned in the Commission's report as follows:-
(a) To implement the recommendations mentioned in Sections 23 and 24, after taking the approval of the Government of Nepal, to implement such recommendations by ourselves or through other related bodies, (b) To implement the recommendation mentioned in section 25, to follow the procedure as per section 29,
(c) To send in writing to the Government of Nepal to proceed with the implementation of the recommendations mentioned in section 26,
(d) If there is a need to enact legislation to implement the recommendations mentioned in the report, take action to enact the necessary legislation,
(e) To do other work deemed appropriate to implement the report of the commission.
(3) The Ministry shall implement the recommendations mentioned in clauses (f), (g) and (h) of sub-section (1) of section 27 in order to prioritize them.
(4) The Ministry shall provide immediate compensation, facilities or concessions to the victims in a simple and convenient manner according to the recommendations of the Commission.
